Refunds and Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of cases damaged in transit.
Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at admin@retro-gamecase.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Upon inquiry, The Game-Play Case will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate, if the lost package is returned to us, we will send you a replacement.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a case, email us at admin@retro-gamecase.com
